Here I sought to combine minimalist fragmentation, with lots of riffs happening in different meters, with a solid, heavy rock feel. This creates uncertainty throughout most of the piece, resolved during a section in a major key that cuts the intensity significantly. The guitar used on this piece is my Godin, plugged right into my interface and running through an amp simulator, producing (hopefully) a sound both classically organic and at the same time electrified. This piece also features more drum fills by Rone Stewart.
